FAQ
What is the typical turnaround time for receiving my paddle?
Exclusive of shipping time, typically paddles are cut and ready for shipping in 1 week. Please be aware that this time frame can be subject to change during busy season. Turnaround time does not include shipping time. Shipping typically takes 2-4 days.
How do I pay?
After the paddle sketch is approved, an invoice will be sent through text/email with a link to pay by credit card.
Do you offer painting/decorating services?
At this time, we leave the decorating part to you. We plan on adding a painting/decorating service in the future.
Return Policy
All sales are final, because of the custom nature of our products, woodwork is non-returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. We are not responsible for any damages during shipping. Once orders are placed and production has begun, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
If you are not satisfied with your paddle or damage does occur, please contact us and we will work with you to help remedy the situation.
